1. RETURNS & EXCHANGES

• Returns: Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery if they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.  
• Shipping: Free return shipping on orders over $50.  
• Custom Pieces: Personalized or custom-made items may not be eligible for return unless a verified manufacturing issue is present.

2. WARRANTY COVERAGE  
Crafted to last with everyday elegance.

• Diamond & Gold Jewelry: Includes a 1-year complimentary warranty.  
• Standard Jewelry: Includes 30-day coverage from the delivery date.  
• Please Note: The warranty does not cover accidental damage, misuse, loss, theft, third-party repairs, or natural wear over time.

3. CLAIM REQUIREMENTS  
To help us resolve issues quickly and fairly.

• Please provide clear photos or videos showing:  
  - the product issue  
  - original packaging  
  - shipping label if applicable  

• Claims without sufficient visual evidence may not be approved.

4. REPAIR SERVICES  
Care and restoration beyond the warranty period.

• We offer repair and refinishing services for selected pieces outside the warranty period.  
• Service fees vary depending on the item and repair required.
